Whether your goal is conquering the next hill, or becoming a more confident and comfortable mover in everyday life, there is something in my toolbox for you. Since I specialize in 1:1 coaching and teaching, I can meet you where you are and focus on your specific needs.
A personalized program based on your movement history, strengths, and challenges will yield the quickest and best results - whatever your training, rehabilitation and fitness goals. We'll keep things positive and fun while maintaining a priority on moving safely. I will push you when you need it, but understand and am trained to compassionately support those for whom movement and fitness training is not easy or requires a trauma-informed environment.
Those who find and work with me are typically:
- cross-training for a primary sport
- active agers building and maintaining a life-long movement practice
- rehabilitating from an injury or illness
- non-movers who want to move more, but don't like gyms or group classes
Intrigued, but not sure about 1:1 training? Never worked on professional Pilates equipment and find it intimidating? (You would not be the first!) A two-session "Intro" package would be a great way to start.
